Completing the full setIron Studios’ twelve Gold Saints: the Art Scale 1/10 full set, temple by temple
From Aries to Pisces: twelve temples, twelve guardians, and just as many statues signed Iron Studios. Climb the steps of the Sanctuary: who these Gold Saints are, what makes each statue special, when they arrive, and how a brand from São Paulo took hold of the Gold Cloth.
Saint Seiya, from Jump to Club Dorothée
Saint Seiya is a manga by Masami Kurumada, serialised in Weekly Shōnen Jump from 3 December 1985 to 12 December 1990, then collected in 28 volumes. Toei Animation adapted it into a 114-episode series, aired on TV Asahi from 11 October 1986 to 1 April 1989. In France, the series reached TF1’s Club Dorothée on 6 April 1988 as Les Chevaliers du Zodiaque. That title travelled: the English name Knights of the Zodiac is a translation of the French one.
For collectors, the heart of the series is the Sanctuary arc: to reach the Pope, Seiya and the Bronze Saints fight through twelve temples, each guarded by a Gold Saint. The first is Aries, the last is Pisces. This article follows that order, from the first to the twelfth temple.
From the Pope to the Gold Cloths
The Art Scale line is Iron Studios’ 1/10 scale, extended into Deluxe versions and BDS Art Scale. Saint Seiya entered it through the Pope: Iron Studios presents The Master of Sanctuary, in BDS Art Scale 1/10, as the first collectible from the series at this scale. Its store also lists the Bronze Saints (Pegasus Seiya, Cygnus Hyoga, Andromeda Shun, Dragon Shiryu, Phoenix Ikki, the last four also in Deluxe) and Saori Kiddo, in a limited edition.
The march to the Sanctuary
Before reaching the Sanctuary, the line climbed its own steps. The Pope opened the way at CCXP 2022, Dragon Shiryu was unveiled on 30 November 2023 on the Ultra auditorium stage, then Scorpio Milo became the first Gold Saint of the collection. Pre-orders then followed house after house, from December 2024 to June 2026, and the Gold Cloths arrive in waves through the second quarter of 2027.

The twelve houses, one by one
Twelve temples, twelve guardians: here are the statues in the order Seiya and his companions climb the Sanctuary, each with its Happy Heroes card, its price and its live availability when it is in the shop.
Mu, the restorer of the Cloths

The battle of the Sanctuary begins here, at the foot of the first temple. Its guardian, Aries Mu, isn’t looking for a fight: a master of telekinesis and Cosmo, he is the one who maintains and repairs the sacred Cloths. Iron Studios strikes a pose that is both elegant and powerful, the Aries Cloth in the spotlight, the aura serene. At 23.1 cm tall, he ties with Deathmask as the most compact of the full set. Mu is also the only one of the twelve to exist in both standard and Deluxe, just below.
Mu Deluxe, the Sanctuary enlarged

The same guardian, on a larger Sanctuary. This Deluxe Art Scale keeps the 1/10 scale but enlarges the base, inspired by the Sanctuary, and Mu gains a more dynamic pose and a whole new presence: 27.2 cm tall, against 23.1 cm for the standard version. A limited edition, made for display.
Aldebaran, the Golden Bull of the Sanctuary

Second temple, and already a wall. Taurus Aldebaran is the tallest and physically strongest Gold Saint of the modern era: he waits for his opponent arms crossed, then strikes in a single blow, the Great Horn. The statue captures exactly that posture. He is the giant of the full set, 29.5 cm tall and 33 cm wide, on a themed base that connects with other statues in the line. Shipping announced for April to June 2027. In the box: an exchangeable helmet (“Helmet Exchange”).
Saga, also known as the Pope

Third temple: the Gold Cloth has two faces. Gemini Saga is the most torn soul in the series, one half wanting to protect Athena and humanity, the other dreaming of absolute power. The second wins out: a traitor, he seized control of the Sanctuary, and his two most famous techniques, Another Dimension and Galaxian Explosion, make him the great enemy of the Sanctuary arc. Iron Studios stands him in an imposing pose, 26.4 cm of hand-painted Gold Cloth. Release announced for February to April 2027.
Deathmask, the dark side of the Sanctuary

Fourth temple: here, the Cosmo smells of death. Cancer Deathmask is cruel, without honour or compassion; he sends his enemies to Yomotsu Hirasaka, the world of the dead, and the faces embedded in the walls of his temple are those of his victims. It is facing him that Shiryu, the Dragon Saint, regains his sight by awakening his seventh sense. Iron Studios plays up the atmosphere: paintwork that deepens the contrasts, a base that completes the scene, 23.1 cm of menace.
Aiolia, at the speed of light

Fifth temple, and the Cosmo strikes at the speed of light. Leo Aiolia, younger brother of Aiolos, carries the weight of the unjust accusations made against his brother. His Lightning Plasma, a storm of blows thrown at the speed of light, is almost impossible to dodge; in the manga, it takes the sacrifice of Cassios to free him from Saga’s hold. The statue catches him mid-fight, the Leo Cloth showcased by careful paintwork: 23.4 cm of power, to place beside Aiolos.
Shaka, the man closest to God

Sixth temple: silence, and an immense Cosmo. Iron Studios presents Virgo Shaka as “the man closest to God”, and the statue captures him in deep meditation, the Cloth finely detailed. The official sequel to the manga, Next Dimension, names Andromeda Shun as his future successor. Release announced for October to December 2026. In the box: an interchangeable head, to vary the display.
Dohko, Shiryu’s master

Seventh temple, guarded by wisdom. Libra Dohko is the master who trained Shiryu at the Five Old Peaks of Rozan, and his pupil will don the Libra Gold Cloth more than once against the most fearsome opponents. Iron Studios offers him only in Deluxe Art Scale, and the reason is plain to see: the statue surrounds him with his twelve sacred weapons and lights him with an LED that strengthens his aura. In the box: the twelve sacred weapons of Libra and LED lighting.
Milo, the Scarlet Needle

Eighth temple: a Cosmo ready to sting. For Iron Studios, Scorpio Milo ranks among the most powerful Gold Saints, and the statue shows him exactly that way: on guard, the Cloth with its sharp lines, a determined gaze. 23.6 cm tall, a size very close to Mu, Deathmask and Aiolia, his natural neighbours on the shelf.
Aiolos, Aiolia’s older brother

Ninth temple: the Sagittarius Gold Cloth shines on the steps of the Sanctuary. Aiolos, older brother of Aiolia, is the fallen hero of the Sanctuary, and his Cloth does not stay orphaned: Seiya wears it against the most fearsome opponents, before being named his successor. Iron Studios sets him in a dynamic pose, the Cloth showcased by highly detailed sculpting. If you follow the story of the two brothers, this is the statue to place right next to Aiolia.
Shura, the most loyal to Athena

Tenth temple, held by a guardian of imposing stature. For Iron Studios, Capricorn Shura is a loyal guardian above all, and the statue bets on that stature: upright posture, detailed Cloth, a base inspired by the anime. At 27 cm tall, he ranks with Saga and Aldebaran among the tallest of the full set.
Camus, master of water and ice

Eleventh temple: here, the Cosmo turns to ice. Aquarius Camus, master of water and ice, is known for his calm and cold rationality. He is the mentor of Hyoga, the Cygnus Saint, who is unwaveringly devoted to him and will one day wear his Cloth. The statue freezes him in a serene pose, white cape flowing, at the moment of his Aurora Execution, on a diorama of ice crystals: metallic gold, chrome and translucent ice, 24.6 cm tall.
Aphrodite and his Demon Roses

Twelfth and last temple, before the steps that lead to the Pope. Pisces Aphrodite reigns here between softness and power, surrounded by his Demon Roses; in the manga, he is the one faced by Cepheus Daidalos, the master of Andromeda Shun. Iron Studios shows him in an elegant pose, gleaming armour adorned with floral details. He is also the first expected of the four with a dated release: a window announced for July to October 2026.
Gathering the twelve without a misstep
Decide the version first. Aries Mu exists in standard and Deluxe, Libra Dohko only in Deluxe: mixing them does not change the scale, but a Deluxe adds scenery or light. Then plan the space: the tallest measured statue, Aldebaran, is 29.5 cm high and 30.7 cm deep, while standard Mu fits in 13.5 cm of depth. Finally, check the calendar: Aphrodite has the nearest release window, July to October 2026, Aldebaran the furthest, April to June 2027. Pre-order statues are reserved before they are made: that is the time to secure them if you are aiming for all twelve.

Iron Studios, the maker
Iron Studios is a Brazilian company based in São Paulo. Its story starts with the distributor PiziiToys, partnered with Japanese maker Kotobukiya: in 2009, at the ABRIN toy fair, the pair presented its first product, a 1/6 Ayrton Senna. On 13 December 2012, the company announced a licensing deal with Marvel Studios, whose first product was an Iron Man Mark XLII. On 6 October 2014, it opened its first concept store in the Jardins district of São Paulo, and in September 2015 it obtained Warner Bros. licences. Its statues are made of polystone, a high-density resin described as resistant to heat and humidity.
Behind Iron Studios stands Renan Pizii. The brand’s site presents him as its founder, and he is now its CEO. He says he created it because the market lacked quality collectibles: Iron Studios describes itself as the first Brazilian company in the field with licensed products made for collectors. Renan Pizii is also a co-founder of CCXP, the São Paulo convention where the Saint Seiya line took its first steps.

FAQ
How many Gold Saints has Iron Studios announced at 1/10?
All twelve, from Aries to Pisces: Iron Studios hasn’t left a single one out. Eleven are Art Scale 1/10, Libra Dohko only exists in Deluxe Art Scale 1/10, and Aries Mu gets both versions.
Are the twelve statues the same size?
No. The scale is shared, but height follows the character, the pose and the base: 23.1 cm for Aries Mu, 29.5 cm for Taurus Aldebaran, the colossus of the Sanctuary. For four statues, Iron Studios hasn’t given the height yet.
When do the last statues come out?
Iron Studios shows four windows: Pisces Aphrodite from July to October 2026, Virgo Shaka from October to December 2026, Gemini Saga from February to April 2027 and Taurus Aldebaran from April to June 2027. For the others, no date announced.
Should you mix manufacturers in a full set?
Nothing stops you, but the scales don’t match: Iron Studios sculpts its Gold Saints at 1/10, Tsume’s Ikigai line is 1/6. For a neat shelf, stick to a single line.
