Collection spotlightStorm Collectibles and Mortal Kombat: all 55 figures and special editions of the tournament, 2015 to 2024
Choose your fighter. From Klassic Scorpion, unveiled in 2015, to Sheeva, who arrived in 2024, Storm Collectibles has sent 30 figures into the arena, escorted by 25 special editions born at conventions or as exclusives. All 55 items are here, round after round: who these fighters are, what makes each figure unique, and what the complete collection is worth today.
Round 1: thirty years of tournament between Earthrealm and Outworld
1992, the arcades. A tournament opens with the fate of Earth at stake: Mortal Kombat, developed and published by Midway, dreamed up by Ed Boon and John Tobias. Seven playable fighters, digitised graphics and, to close the deal, gory finishing moves: the Fatalities. The machine keeps its monsters to itself: Goro, Shang Tsung and Reptile are not playable.
What hits you first are the faces: real actors, filmed and then digitised. Ho-Sung Pak lends his features to Liu Kang, Daniel Pesina to Johnny Cage and Scorpion, his brother Carlos Pesina to Raiden, Richard Divizio to Kano. Then comes the feel: the uppercut sends the opponent flying, and you can hit them again before they land, that's “juggling”. Finally, the moment the whole arcade is waiting for: the announcer calls “Finish him!” and the winner has a few moments for their Fatality. That realistic gore ended up before the US Congress, and gave birth to the ESRB, the video game rating system, in September 1994.
Mortal Kombat II strikes in November 1993 and widens the arena: Kitana, Mileena, Kung Lao, Baraka, Jax, the boss Kintaro, Emperor Shao Kahn, and three hidden opponents for the most dedicated players, Jade, Noob Saibot and Smoke. Mortal Kombat 3 (1995) brings in the cyborgs Cyrax and Sektor, the shaman Nightwolf, Sheeva and the centaur Motaro, but does without Scorpion: it is the only main entry without him. The same year, Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 makes Ermac playable and adds Rain.
With Midway gone, NetherRealm Studios picks up the torch in 2011, with Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment as publisher: Mortal Kombat X in 2015, Mortal Kombat 11 in 2019, the Mortal Kombat 1 reboot in 2023. But it's above all the golden age that Storm turned into figures: all its fighters were born in the games from 1992 to 1995, from the first three entries to Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3. A few jumped to a later era: the 1/6 Scorpion, Sub-Zero and Noob Saibot come from Mortal Kombat 11, and the 2023 Goro from Mortal Kombat X.
Round 2: the line, fight by fight
It all begins on 22 July 2015 in Seoul, where Storm shows its first prototypes, Klassic Scorpion and Klassic Sub-Zero. You have to wait until April 2017 to see them reach stores, then the tournament picks up speed: new fighters every year, exclusives sold in San Diego and New York, the move to 1/6 in 2022, all the way to Sheeva in May 2024. For each fighter, the timeline gives three dates: the announcement, the opening of pre-orders and the arrival in stores.

How much is the complete collection worth? Between €8,942 and €15,607 at October 2026 market prices, nearly half of it for the special editions alone. An estimate, of course: a damaged box or an unboxed figure quickly brings that number down.

Klassic Scorpion, round one of the VS Series

It all starts here. In the first Mortal Kombat, in 1992, Scorpion is just a yellow ninja cut from the same sprite as Sub-Zero, but his spear harpoons the opponent and drags them back within punching range. Under the hood: Hanzo Hasashi, an undead warrior who lives only to avenge his clan and his family. Storm makes him the very first fighter of its VS Series at 1/12: a new hand-painted body, over 30 points of articulation and 7 inches (about 18 cm) of pure vengeance.
In the box: a skull head, two masks, six pairs of hands, a fire effect and the spear.
Klassic Scorpion Bloody (Special Edition), the first round in blood

Same ninja, same grudge, but the tournament has left its mark. This Klassic Scorpion leaves the arena splattered with blood, under the “Special Edition” sticker: a direct tribute to the Fatalities of the 1992 game, the ones that caused a scandal all the way to the US Congress. A discreet edition that only reveals itself to sharp-eyed collectors.
In the box: a skull head, two masks, six pairs of hands, fire effects and the spear.
Klassic Sub-Zero, the ice rival

Against fire, ice. Sub-Zero, the blue ninja of the Lin Kuei clan, has been Scorpion's natural rival since 1992, and behind his mask hides Bi-Han, the elder of two brothers. His most famous Fatality, the “Spine Rip”, tears out the opponent's skull and spine: it's Ed Boon's favourite, and the most controversial of the first game. Storm releases the fighter the same day as Scorpion, on the same base: new body, over 30 points of articulation, 7 inches.
In the box: two masks, a skull with its spine, nine hands and ice effects for the ice blast and the slide.
Klassic Sub-Zero Bloody (Special Edition), the ice rival in a special edition

The icy counterpart to Klassic Scorpion Bloody: same “Special Edition” sticker, same splatters. On a Sub-Zero, the blood has a precise meaning, that of the “Spine Rip”, the Fatality some console versions of the first game had to replace because it was deemed too violent.
In the box: the skull and spine from his Fatality, two masks, nine pairs of hands and ice effects.
Sub-Zero BBTS Shared Exclusive, the frozen spine

Back to the roots: this “BBTS Shared Exclusive” takes on the masked look of the early Sub-Zero and freezes his most famous trophy, the torn-out skull and spine, this time trapped in ice. The blood still spurting reminds you that in Mortal Kombat, the cold has never been soothing.
In the box: the frozen skull and spine, two ice attack effects and two blood splatters.
Reptile, the hidden fighter steps out of the shadows

In August 1992, the very month the game came out, Ed Boon and John Tobias slipped a secret into the cabinet, wrapped up in a single evening: Reptile, “a cooler version of Scorpion”. This green ninja borrows Scorpion's spear and Sub-Zero's freeze, strikes faster than both, and fuels the rumours of the arcades. Storm finally gives him what the 1992 game denied him, a real arsenal, under the name “Mortal Kombat Klassic - Reptile”.
In the box: two masks, eight hands, an interchangeable reptile head, two acid effects, the force ball and his tongue.
Reptile Special Edition, the splattered reptilian

The Saurian sits down to dinner. This Reptile variant is covered in blood splatters, on the body, the hands and even the masks: fitting for a fighter whose Fatality in Mortal Kombat II consists of revealing his lizard face and devouring the opponent's head with a flick of the tongue. Pre-orders opened on 4 August 2017, at 54.99 dollars.
In the box: two masks, eight hands, the reptile head, two acid effects, the force ball and the tongue.
Shao Kahn, the emperor of Outworld on his throne

“Bow to me!” The emperor of Outworld isn't content to beat you: he taunts you before, during and after every round. Final boss of Mortal Kombat II, played by bodybuilder Brian Glynn and scaled up on screen to tower over every fighter, Shao Kahn crushes his opponents with his Wrath Hammer. Storm gives him what no figure in the line had yet: a set piece, his throne. Announced for late 2017, he finally slips to the first quarter of 2018.
In the box: two heads, the warlord helmet, the Wrath Hammer, the throne and eight hands.
Shao Kahn Bloody Edition, the emperor after the battle

The emperor has won, and it shows. The 2017 Shao Kahn returns covered in his opponents' blood in this Bloody Edition, up for pre-order on 29 November 2017 at 94.99 dollars, with a release announced for February 2018. The throne is still there: you don't rule standing up.
In the box: two heads, the helmet, the Wrath Hammer, the throne and eight hands.
Noob Saibot, the SDCC 2017 exclusive

To unveil him, Storm chose a staging with no ambiguity: on 20 June 2017, an animated image shows Noob Saibot performing a Fatality on Scorpion. A wraith of the Netherrealm and member of the Brotherhood of Shadow, the black ninja hides an identity that Mortal Kombat: Deception eventually reveals: he is Bi-Han, the first Sub-Zero, killed by Scorpion. The figure is sold at San Diego Comic-Con 2017, at 49.99 dollars: about 7 inches and over 30 points of articulation.
In the box: two decapitation blood effects, a skull, two masks, nine pairs of hands, two hellfire effects and a spear.
Noob Saibot Blood Edition, the return at NYCC 2017

Three months later, the shadow strikes again. On 25 September 2017, Storm announces a “Special Edition” Noob Saibot reserved for New York Comic Con 2017, from 5 to 8 October. Its official visual carries the words “Blood Edition”: the black outfit is smeared with blood, a sign that the wraith has just finished the job.
In the box: a second head, a second mask, two fire effects, two blood effects, seven hands and the spear chain.
Goro, the four-armed Shokan prince

Four arms, a giant's build and five centuries of reign: Goro, prince of the Shokan and sub-boss of the first tournament, snatched the title of Grand Champion from the Great Kung Lao and held it for 500 years, until Liu Kang brought him down. A colossus like that couldn't settle for a standard body: Storm sculpts him an entirely new, articulated four-armed body. Shown as early as July 2015 alongside the Klassics, he only arrives in October 2018, and will step back into the ring in 2023.
In the box: two heads, six pairs of hands and two green fireballs.
Goro Blood Edition, the bloodied Shokan prince

The Shokan prince comes out of the fight covered in blood. This Blood Edition of the 2018 Goro opens for pre-order on 9 August 2018, at 94.99 dollars, with a release announced for the fourth quarter: 11 inches (28 cm) of muscle and rage, painted in the colours of battle.
In the box: two heads, six pairs of hands and two green fireballs.
Ermac, the SDCC 2018 exclusive

Ermac is the only fighter born from a rumour. His name came from a counter in the diagnostic menu of the 1992 cabinet, “ERMACS”, for “error macro”; players saw a hidden red ninja in it, a magazine even published a fake photo, and Midway ended up making him real in Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3: an amalgam of the souls of fallen warriors, master of telekinesis. Storm reserved him for San Diego Comic-Con 2018, sold only on site, in limited quantity, with a “Tele-Hang” effect that lifts the opponent.
In the box: two masks, two soul balls, the “Tele-Hang” effect, two torn-off arms and nine hands.
Ermac Blood Edition, the bloodied souls

Weren't in San Diego? Here's your second chance: on 17 September 2018, an Ermac Blood Edition is announced, at 54.99 dollars. It's the SDCC 2018 figure, splattered with blood and this time sold outside the convention. The souls inside him have clearly been busy.
Smoke, the NYCC 2018 exclusive

In Mortal Kombat II, you had to earn him. Smoke, a grey ninja whose body gives off smoke, would pop up at the start of a fight to drop vague hints, and only players who met precise conditions could face him. Storm gives him a fate to match: a figure sold only at New York Comic Con 2018, never on the online store.
Smoke Blood Edition, the grey ninja stained with blood

Announced the same day as Ermac, at the same price of 54.99 dollars, Smoke's Blood Edition takes the NYCC 2018 exclusive and adds the bloodstains. On the official visual, smoke still wraps around the ninja: no way to tell where the blow will come from.
Rain, the other NYCC 2018 fighter

He owes his name to Prince; his title, to Edenia. Rain is an Edenian prince, orphaned by Shao Kahn's invasion, raised by the resistance before betraying it when he was denied its command, and a master of water as well as lightning. He joins Smoke at New York Comic Con 2018, with the same convention-exclusive status.
Rain Blood Edition, lightning and blood

The third Blood Edition of autumn 2018, again at 54.99 dollars: Rain, the NYCC 2018 exclusive, comes back splattered with blood. The purple rain has turned red.
Baraka, the blades of Outworld

Razor teeth, blades shooting out of his forearms: Baraka, nomad leader of the Tarkatans of Outworld, bursts into Mortal Kombat II. Back then, his face was a Nosferatu-style mask cobbled together by the team, with fake nails for teeth and shiny cardboard for blades. He is also the one who sparked the idea of Friendships, finishing moves as unexpected as they are comical. Storm gives him back his signature: two pairs of interchangeable blades.
In the box: two pairs of blades, two heads, four pairs of hands, a spark effect and two pairs of injury effects.
Baraka Blood Edition, the green blood of Outworld

Here, the blood is green. On 15 April 2019, pre-orders open for this exclusive Baraka, splattered from head to blades, at 74.99 dollars, with a release announced for the third quarter. As a bonus, two pairs of injury effects found only in this edition.
In the box: a second head, the blades, four pairs of hands, the blade spark and four pairs of injury effects.
Scorpion, the revenant returns on a new body

Hanzo Hasashi came back from hell for revenge, and his spear made the rounds of every arcade: “Get over here!”. Three years after the Klassic, Storm sends him back into battle on a fully reworked, more flexible body, in its Mortal Kombat 3 series, with the look of Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3: absent from the 1995 game, Scorpion only returned to the arena in that enhanced version, released the same year. His skull mask is a reminder of what hides under the hood. He makes his first appearance at SDCC 2019, and two special editions will follow.
In the box: two masks, four hands, axe, spear, three blood effects.
Bloody Scorpion, Fatality at NYCC 2019

When the announcer calls “Finish him!”, this is what comes next. A New York Comic Con 2019 exclusive, sold for 70 dollars, this Scorpion carries the words “Blood Edition” on its official visual: the yellow outfit stained, as if fresh from a successful Fatality.
In the box: two masks, four pairs of hands, three blood effects, an axe and the spear.
Scorpion BBTS Exclusive, the skinless skull

The skull is Scorpion's other face: in Mortal Kombat II, one variant of his “Flaming Skull” Fatality even came with a “Toasty!” from sound designer Dan Forden. This exclusive, presented on 16 October 2019 at 69.99 dollars under the name “Mortal Kombat 3 VS Series Scorpion”, pushes the idea all the way to a skinless skull head. Release announced for November.
Cyrax, the Lin Kuei's first cyborg

A member of the Lin Kuei clan, Cyrax agreed to become a cyborg. In Mortal Kombat 3, he and Sektor are given a mission: hunt down and eliminate Kuai Liang, the Sub-Zero who deserted the clan. Yet it is Sub-Zero who captures him and reprograms him to help defeat Shao Kahn. Storm gives him a new body with redesigned joints, and his two signature weapons: the green net and the bomb.
In the box: four pairs of hands, his green net and his bomb.
Cyrax BBTS Exclusive, the helicopter Fatality

Among Cyrax's Fatalities is the “helicopter”. This exclusive version, up for pre-order on 25 June 2019 at 79.99 dollars with a release announced for October, adds the piece you need to stage it on your shelf.
In the box: four pairs of hands, the green net, the bomb and the effect for his “helicopter” Fatality.
Smoke, the NYCC 2019 cyborg version

In Mortal Kombat 3, Smoke has changed his nature: captured by his clan as he tried to flee with Sub-Zero, he was converted into a cyborg and sent after his friend. It is in this robotic form that you unlock him, and it's this form Storm reserves for New York Comic Con 2019, from 3 to 6 October: nicknamed “Cyber Ninja Smoke”, he sells for 75 dollars.
In the box: four pairs of hands, two smoke effects, four bombs, a spear and a bomb-dropping rig.
Sektor, the Grand Master's son

Unit LK-9T9, son of the Lin Kuei Grand Master: Sektor is the other half of the cyborg duo sent after Sub-Zero in Mortal Kombat 3. He too accepted the conversion, and he makes his opponents pay dearly for it: his missile, and the “Compactor” crusher of his Fatality.
In the box: four hands, his missile with smoke effect and the “Compactor” from his Fatality.
Sektor BBTS Exclusive, the wrist flamethrower

On 3 December 2019, pre-orders open for an exclusive Sektor, at 89.99 dollars, with a release announced for January 2020. The cyborg gains one more weapon: a wrist-mounted flamethrower, perfect for hunting Sub-Zero without wasting time.
In the box: four hands, the missile and its smoke effect, the “Compactor” from his Fatality and a wrist flame effect.
Sub-Zero, the younger brother takes the mask

This Sub-Zero isn't the one from 1992. It's Kuai Liang, the younger brother, who takes up the mask after Bi-Han's death and remains the series' main Sub-Zero for thirty years. Storm captures him in his Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3 version, ice at his fingertips.
In the box: four pairs of hands, ice blast, ground ice, blood and Fatality effects.
Raiden, the thunder god guards Earthrealm

He isn't here to win the tournament, but to protect Earth. Raiden, god of thunder inspired by the Japanese Raijin and by a warrior from the film “Big Trouble in Little China”, chooses and trains the champions of Earthrealm. In the game, you recognise him by his conical hat and his “Torpedo”, the horizontal charge he performs with a now-famous shout. Storm gives him three faces and the effect of his Fatality: the head electrocution.
In the box: three heads, six pairs of hands including one holding a lightning bolt, a lightning effect and the electrocution effect from his Fatality.
Raiden, the red "Player 2" outfit of SDCC 2020

The thunder god switches controllers: Storm dresses him in the red outfit of player 2. Planned for San Diego Comic-Con 2020, he goes up for pre-order from 22 to 26 July, during Comic-Con@Home, at 70 dollars, then returns for sale at an online video game event in September 2020.
In the box: three heads, six pairs of hands including a pair of lightning hands, a lightning effect and the electrocution from his Fatality.
Scorpion, the new body of SDCC 2020

Announced on 15 July 2020 alongside Raiden, this Scorpion was meant to shine at San Diego Comic-Con 2020; in the end, it goes up for pre-order online, from 22 to 26 July, at 75 dollars. Its real novelty hides under the costume: an entirely new body with reinforced joints.
In the box: a masked head and a skull head, four hands, a chain and three flame effects.
Motaro, the centaur sub-boss

Half man, half horse: Motaro, a Centaurian of Outworld and sub-boss of Mortal Kombat 3, leads Shao Kahn's extermination squads during the invasion of Earth. He teleports, fires energy blasts from his tail and reflects projectiles. John Tobias based him on a Micronauts toy, Baron Karza, who became a centaur once combined with his horse. Storm makes him a big figure, a 240 mm articulated body; the Scorpion in the photos is not included.
In the box: two heads, three pairs of hands, a fireball and a bloody skeleton, articulated too.
Motaro, the bloody version of NYCC 2020

The centaur comes back from battle with scars to show. On 7 October 2020, Storm unveils its New York Comic Con 2020 exclusives, including a “Bloody Version” Motaro, up for pre-order the very next day at 109.99 dollars: about 9.4 inches of blood-soaked power.
In the box: two heads, three pairs of hands, a fireball and the articulated green skeleton.
Sub-Zero Unmasked, face revealed

For the first time, Sub-Zero shows his face. In Mortal Kombat 3, Kuai Liang has fled the Lin Kuei clan, which turns its best warriors into cyborgs, and his former brothers-in-arms are hunting him. John Tobias unmasked him to get fans talking about his story; it's also since this game that he has worn a scar from his forehead down to his right eye. Storm picks up this headlong flight with a whole arsenal of combat… and damage.
In the box: two heads, four pairs of hands, two ice shower effects, an ice clone, broken arms and legs, five broken bones and a blood effect.
Kung Lao, the razor hat

A Shaolin monk, friend of Liu Kang, and a hat with a razor-sharp brim: Kung Lao debuts in Mortal Kombat II, a descendant of the Great Kung Lao defeated by Goro five centuries earlier. His most famous attack, the hat throw, could even be steered in mid-flight. Storm takes him in his Mortal Kombat II look, with the rabbit from his Friendship, the peaceful finishing move introduced by the same game.
In the box: two heads, five pairs of hands, his hat, a second one with a slash effect, a blood effect and the rabbit from his Friendship.
Kintaro, Shao Kahn's bodyguard

Goro gone? Another Shokan takes his place. Kintaro, Shao Kahn's bodyguard and sub-boss of Mortal Kombat II, stands out from his predecessor with his tiger stripes. Like Goro, he started out as a stop-motion clay figure, inspired by the legendary Japanese hero Kintarō. Announced in July 2021 at 120 dollars, he arrives a year later, with a trophy that says it all: Sub-Zero's frozen arms.
In the box: three heads, four pairs of hands, a fireball, two frozen Sub-Zero arms and seven damage effects.
Kintaro Bloody Version, the SDCC 2022 exclusive

On 18 July 2022, Storm presents its San Diego Comic-Con 2022 exclusives, to pick up directly at its booth. Among them, a bloodied Kintaro, branded “2022 Event Exclusive” and “Special Edition”. This time, it's Scorpion's arms he has torn off.
In the box: three bloodied heads and four pairs of bloodied hands, a fireball, two Scorpion arms and seven damage effects.
Reptile, the last of his race returns

Four years after the first, the last of the Saurians returns. Reptile serves the masters of Outworld in the hope of one day seeing his race reborn, and he fights with what nature gave him: an endless tongue, acid spat in your face, and the gift of turning invisible. Storm files him in its Mortal Kombat 3 series, with the look of Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3, the game that brought him back to the arena after his absence from Mortal Kombat 3, black hood on his head.
In the box: a reptile head, a black hood, four pairs of hands, his tongue, an acid spit and a force ball.
Reptile BBTS Exclusive, the invisible hands

Reptile's sneakiest power is invisibility. This exclusive variant of the 2021 Reptile, reported on 29 June 2022 at 99.99 dollars for a July release, turns it into a simple idea: new translucent hands.
In the box: the reptile head, the black hood, four pairs of invisible hands, the tongue, the acid spit and the force ball.
Kung Lao, the NYCC 2021 exclusive

The Shaolin monk had his bloody night too. Announced on 5 October 2021, this New York Comic Con 2021 exclusive, sold on site and online during the show, splatters Kung Lao with blood, dresses him in brown trousers and adds a new effect.
Scorpion in 1/6, moving up a weight class

Moving up a weight class: with Scorpion, Storm goes 1/6 for the first time in Mortal Kombat. The ninja wears his Klassic skin from Mortal Kombat 11, with a fabric outfit that changes everything at this size. Release announced for the third quarter of 2022.
In the box: four pairs of hands, two swords and their sheaths, a spear and a hellfire effect.
Scorpion 1/6 Special Edition, bloodied weapons

Announced in December 2022 at 249.99 dollars, this Special Edition of the 1/6 Scorpion switches to bloodied weapons and stands on a translucent flame-shaped base, as if bursting out of the Netherrealm. Release planned for the first quarter of 2023.
In the box: a set of bloodied weapons and a translucent flame-shaped base.
Sub-Zero in 1/6

The rival couldn't stay at 1/12. Sub-Zero joins Scorpion at 1/6, also in his Klassic skin from Mortal Kombat 11, fabric outfit included. At this scale, about 12 inches (around thirty centimetres), the ice ninja takes on a whole new presence on the shelf.
In the box: four pairs of hands, a frost axe, two ice blasts, an ice skull and four spears.
Sub-Zero 1/6 Special Edition, reddened ice

Same announcement, same price, 249.99 dollars: for Sub-Zero too, the ice turns red. The fighter stands on a translucent ice-blue base, his trophies stained with blood. Release planned for the first quarter of 2023.
In the box: a bloodied ice axe, a bloodied skull and spine and a translucent ice-blue base.
Liu Kang, the Shaolin champion and his dragon

Champion of Earthrealm and winner of the first two tournaments, Liu Kang has a signature Fatality: the “Dragon”, designed to finish the opponent off cleanly and avenge the Shaolin monks killed by Shang Tsung. Storm took him at his word with a fully articulated dragon form, about 12 inches tall. The rest of the legend fits in two names: a first name that nods to actor Gordon Liu, a style and battle cries inspired by Bruce Lee. Released in March 2023.
In the box: the articulated dragon, three heads, five pairs of hands and a fireball.
Noob Saibot in 1/6, the shadow ninja

The third fighter at 1/6, and the darkest. A hidden opponent in Mortal Kombat II, unlocked only after a long winning streak, Noob Saibot returns here in his Mortal Kombat 11 look, where he serves Kronika.
In the box: a sickle, three attack effects and four pairs of hands.
Kano, the laser-eyed mercenary

Playable since 1992, Kano runs the Black Dragon crime syndicate and remains the sworn enemy of Sonya Blade. Half his face disappears under a metal plate inspired by the Terminator, with a cybernetic eye that fires lasers. His Fatality from the first game, ripping out a still-beating heart, was suggested by his actor Richard Divizio himself. Storm gives him back his laser eye, and the tools to settle his scores.
In the box: three heads, five pairs of hands, four weapons and the eye laser effect.
Shao Kahn, the emperor returns, standard version

“Feel the power of Shao Kahn!” Six years after his first figure, the emperor of Outworld returns in two versions announced the same day, in late November 2022. The standard, at 100 dollars, gives him back his spear and his hammer; all he's missing is his throne. It arrives in spring 2024.
In the box: two heads, a spear, his hammer and five pairs of hands.
Shao Kahn Deluxe Edition, throne included

An emperor without a throne is just one more warrior. The Deluxe Edition fixes the oversight with a third head, a second spear and the throne, for 160 dollars. It comes out in late January 2024, even before the standard version.
In the box: everything in the standard, plus a third head, a second spear and the throne.
Nightwolf, Earthrealm's shaman

Shaman and historian, guardian of a land protected by magic, Nightwolf enters the tournament in Mortal Kombat 3 to defend Earthrealm against Shao Kahn's invasion. His trump card in 1995: he can send any projectile back to its sender. His weapons are mystical, a tomahawk and a bow, and it was a Midway artist, Sal DiVita, who lent him his features.
In the box: three heads, an axe, his spirit arrow, a lightning effect and five pairs of hands.
Liu Kang Special Edition, 500 pieces

500 pieces, not one more. This special edition of Liu Kang swaps the green dragon of 2022 for a translucent dragon in fiery hues, as if the Fatality had just burst into flames.
Goro, the Shokan prince returns

Five years after the first, the Shokan prince puts his four fists back on the table. This new Goro displays the Mortal Kombat X logo on his official visual: the colossus has crossed the eras without losing an arm. Announced in April 2023, he comes out in March 2024.
In the box: three heads and four pairs of hands.
Sheeva, the line's final fight

Fans were begging for a playable Goro; Mortal Kombat 3 gave them Sheeva, the only female of the Shokan race, also brought to life in stop-motion clay. Her name comes from Shiva, the Hindu deity of destruction, and her role is clear: bodyguard to Queen Sindel, sworn enemy of centaurs like Motaro. With her, the circle is complete: Goro, Kintaro and Sheeva, the three Shokan, are all at Storm. The last fighter in the line, she arrives in May 2024.
In the box: two heads, ten pairs of hands and a fireball.

FAQ
Does Storm Collectibles still make Mortal Kombat figures?
For now, the tournament is on a break. As of 19 October 2026, Storm's official store no longer offers any Mortal Kombat figure, and the last fighter to enter the arena is Sheeva, whose listing dates from 9 May 2023. As far as we know, Storm hasn't announced a follow-up yet.
Are Storm's Mortal Kombat figures all the same scale?
No, there are two weight classes. The VS Series fights at 1/12, about 7 inches (18 cm) for Klassic Scorpion and Klassic Sub-Zero. Scorpion, Sub-Zero and Noob Saibot move up to 1/6, about 12 inches (around thirty centimetres) for the first two. For some figures, Storm didn't specify the scale: check before lining up your shelf.
Why are there several dates for the same figure?
A Storm figure lives through three rounds: its announcement, the opening of pre-orders, then its arrival in stores, often months later. “Available from” marks that last round: the day it is finally in stock at retailers.
