In the world of Grendizer, Gongon is one of the Vega monsters sent to invade Earth. HL PRO dedicates number 13 of its Metaltech line to it, in a metallic colour version.
- A Saucer Beast, not an ally: Gongon is an enemy who appeared in episode 34 of the series, rarely featured among Grendizer collectible figures.
- Die-cast combined with ABS, PVC and POM for 17 cm of purple and gold metallic finish true to the original design.
- The 2024 Metallic Color version stands out from the standard release with its more intense hues and glossy look.
For fans who want the opposing side: Gongon Metaltech 13 rounds out a Grendizer collection on the Vega forces side.
