Le Coin des Aventuriers

Happy Heroes applies a four-step expert protocol: multi-angle photographic verification, historical comparison against our internal database, proprietary AI authenticity scan, and human counter-expertise by a collectibles specialist. Each piece receives a Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum or Excelium quality grade, traceable via a numbered certificate.

These four rarity ranks classify items by market availability: Gem = common item, easy to find, Legendary Treasure = uncommon item, no longer produced but available on the market, Ultimate Relic = rare item, still findable but in small quantities, Mystic Artifact = the highest level, an ultra-rare and exceptional item. Each rank crosses with a quality grade (Bronze to Excelium) for 20 possible certification levels.

Happy Heroes accepts bank cards (CB, Visa, Mastercard) for all orders, and PayPal for all deliveries, except pre-orders (deposit paid by card), through Crédit Agricole's secure CAWL payment module, with mandatory 3D Secure authentication for cards. You enter your card on the provider's page: no banking data is stored on our servers. In mainland France, from €100: payment in 4 instalments possible with PayPal, subject to PayPal's approval.

Every parcel comes with shipping photos and a certificate number. Report any incident from your customer account (reason + photos), if possible within 3 days of receipt: this period helps our claim against the carrier, it does not reduce your rights (2-year legal guarantee of conformity). Happy Heroes covers the free Colissimo return, an assessment within 72h and a full refund or replacement.

Happy Heroes applies the 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt, in accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code. Check the outside of the item (box, seal, visible condition) before opening the protective seal: once the seal has been opened, a return remains possible. Only a depreciation resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to check the item (assembly, display, signs of use, missing parts…) may be deducted from your refund, after case-by-case review; its amount is justified to you before the refund. In the event of a defect not visible from the outside, the refund is made in full. The item must come back to us complete, in its original packaging protected by an outer box; return costs are borne by the customer. The refund is made no later than 14 days after your request; it may wait for receipt of the item or proof of its dispatch (Art. L221-24). A model withdrawal form is available online.

In-stock items ship the same day for any order placed before 12 noon on a working day, otherwise on the next working day, in reinforced packaging designed for collectibles: double-wall carton, padding and fragile labelling. We ship via Sendcloud with the carrier best suited to your address (Colissimo, Mondial Relay or FedEx), in France, across Europe and to the United Kingdom, with real-time tracking. From €100 of purchases, home delivery requires a signature; below that, you choose home delivery with or without a signature. Depending on the country, you can also choose a pickup point or drop-off point, up to €100 of purchases and for parcels that fit the pickup point format (30 kg, 64 × 40 × 38 cm maximum). The carrier and the price are shown at the Delivery step. Items made to order, on pre-order or shipped from Spain show their own date on the product page.

Pre-ordering requires a deposit at checkout, whose percentage is shown on the product page; the balance is charged automatically when the item ships. In a mixed order, in-stock items may ship first, without the balance being charged. Price-lock guarantee: if the market price rises before delivery, your original price is kept. Estimated availability date shown on the product page, updated in real time.
